We are gathering

in Gdańsk, Poland, a city celebrated for its pivotal role in European history and its inviting, modern atmosphere, for the MOSAIC project Kick-Off Meeting. We’re looking forward to engaging sessions as we collectively launch the project and define its strategic path forward.

Museum of the second world war

A striking modern museum dedicated to World War II, opened in 2017.
Its tilted red tower is a distinctive architectural landmark along the Motława River

St. Catherine's church

A Gothic brick church dating back to the 14th century, known as the oldest church in Gdańsk. It’s famous for its historic tower and carillon.

The Gdánsk crane

A medieval port crane and one of Gdańsk’s most iconic symbols.
Built in the 15th century, it served both as a loading crane and city gate.

ACCOMMODATION

We suggest booking your stay in Gdańsk’s charming Old Town (Main Town), where you’ll be just a short walk from the city’s scenic waterfront, cultural landmarks, and vibrant café scene. The event venue is approximately a 15-minute taxi ride away.

Prices & Currency

Polish zloty (PLN) is the of cial currency in Poland.
1 PLN = 0.24 EUR

Visa and MasterCard are commonly accepted.

Neptune’s Fountain

A Baroque fountain from the 17th century featuring the Roman god Neptune. It’s one of Gdańsk’s most iconic symbols, located in the heart of the Long Market (Długi Targ).

Motława River Waterfront & St. Mary's Basilica

A classic view of Gdańsk’s Old Town with the Motława River, colorful facades, and the towering St. Mary’s Basilica — the largest brick church in the world.

AmberSky Ferris Wheel & Granary Island
